very important. Below we will inform you in detail about the handling of your data.

1. Access Data and Hosting

You can visit our websites without providing any information about your person. These access data are evaluated exclusively for the purpose of ensuring trouble-free operation of the site and improving our online presence. According to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR, this serves to protect our legitimate interests in the correct representation of our online presence in the context of a weighing of interests. All access data will be deleted no later than seven days after the end of your page visit.

2. Data collection and use for contract execution, contact and opening
of a customer account

We collect personal data if you voluntarily provide us with this as part of your order or when you contact us (e.g. via the contact form or e-mail).
Mandatory fields are marked as such, since in these cases we absolutely need the data for contract processing or to process your contact and you cannot send the order or contact without specifying them. Which data is collected can be seen from the respective input forms. We use the data you provide to process the contract and process your inquiries in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1
lit. b GDPR.

If you have given your consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a GDPR by deciding to open a customer account, we use your data for the purpose of opening the customer account. Further information on the processing of your data, in particular on the transfer to our service providers for the purpose of ordering, payment and shipping processing, can be found in the following sections of this data protection declaration.

After the contract has been fully processed or your customer account has been deleted, your data will be restricted for further processing and will be deleted after the tax and commercial retention periods have expired in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. c GDPR, unless you expressly have consented to the use of your data in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit.
which we will inform you in this declaration. The deletion of your customer account is possible at any time and can be made either by sending a message to the contact option described in this data protection declaration or via a function provided for this purpose in the customer account.

3. Data Sharing

For the fulfillment of the contract in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b GDPR, we pass on your data to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods. Depending on which payment service provider you choose in the order process, we will provide the payment data collected for this purpose to the payment with the payment
commissioned credit institution and, if applicable, payment service providers commissioned by us or to the selected payment service. In some cases, the selected payment service providers also collect this data themselves if they create an account there. In this case, you must register with the payment service provider with your access data during the ordering process. In this respect, the data protection declaration of the respective payment service provider applies.

We also use an external merchandise management system for order and contract processing. The transfer of data or processing in this respect is based on order processing.

We use a payment service provider based in a country outside the European Union. The transmission of personal data to this company takes place only within the framework of the need to fulfill the contract.

4. Integration of the Trusted Shop TrustBadge

The Trusted Shops Trustbadge is integrated on this website to display our Trusted Shops and any ratings collected as well as the offer of Trusted Shops products for buyers after an order.

This serves to protect our legitimate interests in the context of weighing up interests in optimal marketing by enabling secure purchases in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR. The Trustbadge and the services advertised with it are an offer from Trusted Shops GmbH, Subbelrather Str. 15c, 50823 Cologne. The TrustBadge is used as part of order processing by a CDN provider (Content Delivery Network)
provided. Trusted Shops GmbH also uses service providers from the USA. A reasonable level of data protection is ensured. Further information on data protection of Trusted Shops GmbH can be found here.

When the TrustBadge is called up, the web server automatically saves a so-called server log file, which also contains your IP address, date and time of the retrieval, the amount of data transferred and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the retrieval. Individual access data is stored in a security database for analyzing security issues. The log files are automatically deleted no later than 90 days after creation.

Further personal data will be transferred to Trusted Shops GmbH if you decide to use Trusted Shops products after completing an order or have already registered for use. The contractual agreement made between you and Trusted Shops applies. For this purpose, an automatic collection of personal data from the order data is carried out. Whether you are already registered as a buyer for product use is automatically checked using a neutral parameter, the e-mail address that has been hashed using a cryptological one-way function. The e-mail address is converted to this hash value that cannot be decrypted for Trusted Shops before transmission. After checking for a match, the parameter is automatically deleted.

This is for the fulfillment of our and Trusted Shops’ predominantly legitimate interests in the provision of the buyer protection linked to the specific order and the transactional valuation services in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR required. Further details, including objections, can be found in the Trusted Shops linked above and in the Trustbadge.

The information will also be published on the social network and displayed there to your contacts. This serves to protect our legitimate interests in the optimal marketing of our offer in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR.
