cancellation policy
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must us (Sapor GmbH, Heinrich-Imig-Strasse 10c, 45141 Essen, info@sapor.de, telephone: 0201 / 27 989 225, fax: 0201 / 27 989 224) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this, but it is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the cancellation period.
consequences of the revocation
If you revoke this contract, we will have you all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs that result from the choice of a different kind of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fortnightly from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, depending on the earlier date.
You have sent the goods to us or to Sapor GmbH, Constanze Schweizer, Heinrich-Imig-Strasse 10c, D-45141 Essen, Germany, to return or hand over. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen days period. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss of value is due to a handling of them that is not necessary to check the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
- Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for returns if their seal has been removed after delivery.
