1. Scope
The following general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all orders via our online shop.
2. Contractual partner, conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded with Sapor GmbH.
By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. The contract is concluded by accepting the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail. A binding contract can also be concluded beforehand as follows:- If you have chosen PayPal, the contract will be concluded at the time of your confirmation of the payment order to PayPal.

4. Payment
The following payment methods are available in our shop:
Payment in advance
When selecting the payment method in advance, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
PayPal
You pay the invoice amount via the online provider PayPal. In principle, you must be registered there or first register, legitimize your access data and confirm the payment order to us. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
Invoice
For new customers, we reserve the right to pay in advance for the first purchases.
5. Pickup
In principle, you have the option of picking up from Sapor GmbH, Heinrich-Imig-Strasse 10c, 45141 Essen, Germany during the following business hours: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
6. Packstation
We do not deliver to packing stations.
7. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
8. Transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain to the delivery person as soon as possible and please contact us immediately. The omission of a complaint or contact has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.

10. Warranty and Guarantees
The statutory liability for defects applies. In addition, we give a voluntary two-year guarantee on all products.
